At Little Speech Blessings LLC, we believe that communication is more than just talking—it’s how children connect, express themselves, and build confidence in who they are. We provide speech and language therapy for children ages 2 and older, offering support that’s tailored to their unique strengths, needs, and personalities.
Whether your child is having trouble saying certain sounds, understanding language, forming sentences, using an AAC device, or building friendships, we’re here to help—gently and intentionally.
We take a neurodiverse-affirming and whole-child approach, blending structure with play, evidence-based strategies with connection, and clinical expertise with heart. And we never do this alone—we partner closely with families to make sure progress carries over into real life.

Sarah McCave, M.A., CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Hi, I’m Sarah and I’ve been a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for almost 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in schools, private practice and clinics and I’ve had the privilege of working with children of all ages including Early Intervention aged through High School.
Little Speech Blessings was founded because I’m passionate about helping children feel proud of their voice. I take time to get to know each child and tailor therapy to their needs, interests, and personality. I bring structure and intention to every session—but also plenty of flexibility, patience, and play.
Families often tell me they appreciate how warm, clear, and supportive I am throughout the process. I'm here not just for your child, but for you—so you feel empowered and supported at every stage of the journey.

Are You Ready to Get Started with
Little Speech Blessings?
Step ONE
We offer a free consultation to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have about your child’s speech and language development, and we’ll set up an appointment for a full Evaluation, if appropriate.
Little Speech Blessings LLC provides Pediatric Speech-Language services to children 2 years and older. Speech-Therapy services are provided in-home, as well as, in community spaces, within the greater Colorado Springs, CO area.
Step TWO
We’ll assess your child’s communication skills through structured and play-based activities. You’ll receive a written report with results and recommendations.
Step THREE
Sessions take place in your home or a nearby community space, like a library meeting room. Sessions are 30–60 minutes, 1–2 times per week based on your child’s needs and goals.
Insurance & Billing
At this time, Little Speech Blessings LLC is a private-pay provider and does not accept insurance. We accept payments from credit card, cash and check. If requested, we will provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. I’m happy to walk you through how that works if you have questions.
